Can you accommodate special dietary needs?Absolutely. We've long specialized in offering vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free menu selections. As you explore our menus, you’ll see dietary notations throughout. Beyond those notations, we understand that people may have requests for cultural considerations, allergens, and other needs. Let us know what your guests' needs are and we’ll let you know what we can do. We take special care with allergens, though we cannot guarantee an environment that is entirely allergen-free.

Do you take special requests? I’d like to feature a family recipe at my wedding.You betcha! If you want to venture beyond our Hippie Chicks menus with a customized menu, we’ll accommodate your special request through our Hippie Chicks Concepts line. The sky’s the limit with this catering service as we personalize every detail to your specification.

Are all of your ingredients local and organic?On average (50%) of our ingredients are sourced locally or regionally. We also support farmers who use organic practices, though they may not be certified organic.

Why are your menus organized by season?We believe in treasuring the freshest flavors and supporting local farms as much as possible. We find that seasonal fruits and vegetables are more fresh in flavor and precious in presentation. Seasonal ingredients reflect the regional crops, and because out-of-season produce travels from far reaches of the world, our commitment decreases environmental impact.

Do you do tastings?Absolutely! We offer complimentary tastings with a minimum food purchase of $2000. Tastings are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask for a card to be kept on file in case of a no-show situation. In the event of a no-show, a charge of $50 per person will be applied to the card on file.

What kind of requirements do you have with your services staff?When it comes to the qualifications of our exceptional service staff, we hold them to the highest standards to ensure the utmost quality and safety in every aspect of our operations. As part of our commitment to excellence, we mandate that all members of our esteemed kitchen team and Banquet Captains obtain certification from ServSafe, the gold standard in food safety accreditation.

Do you offer bar service and staff?Absolutely! We're unable to provide the alcohol, but if you bring it, we'll handle the service. Rest assured, all our bartenders are TIPS Certified. As a caterer in Colorado, we're not permitted to supply or sell alcohol to our clients. However, we're more than willing to assist in coordinating with one of our partners to supply the alcohol for your event. Even though we can't provide the alcohol, we're fully licensed to serve it. Cheers to that!

How many servers do you schedule for an event?To ensure the highest standards of service, we look at the needs of each event and consider the complexity of the menu and the venue when we schedule our staff.
